However, if you look more carefully at my post, you'll find that the printer is indeed installed, shared and printing properly on the HP desktop computer running Windows 7. The problem and the error are coming when trying to add this networked printer on the laptop computer running Vista.

The error when trying to add a printer is: 0xf saying that the SERVER does not have the proper driver installed.
