I just upgraded to vista from xp. Have a cannon D. When connect up the camera and go to use the eos utility software it says "camera is not regonised" I tryed renstalling the software amoungst a hole load of other things but nothing has worked. Any ideas?? If you go onto the canon site and install the latest drivers that should fix the problem But do yourself a favor and get a card reader to unload your pictures with.
